As of June, 2017, I am an in-network provider with: 

Highmark Blue Shield of PA and DE, Blue Cross/Blue Shield,     
Personal Choice, and Keystone Health Plan East. 

Please note that I will be leaving the Blue Cross network in the fall of 2017.
Once I make that change, I will no longer accept new clients with IBC (Blue Cross, Personal Choice, and Keystone).
This change will not affect existing clients. I will continue to participate with Highmark insurance. 

If I accept your insurance, I will email you a form to complete and return before

our first meeting. Once I receive that form,
I will check your benefits and let you know about any deductible or co-pay.

If you have no deductible, I will bill your insurance directly for our sessions.
You only need to pay the co-pay (if any) for your particular plan.

I am an out-of-network provider for Cigna, Value Options, and most other non-HMO plans.
Most non-HMO plans will reimburse clients at least some percentage of my fees.

My out-of-network clients report that their insurance plans reimburse 
40-85% of my fees.​  Please check with your particular plan about out -of -network
benefits. I regret that I am not able to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf.

Please note that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Insurance companies do not pay for missed sessions.

I charge self-pay clients my usual fee for late cancellations.
I charge insured clients $50.00 for late cancellations or missed sessions.

I have a generous sliding scale for folks without insurance.
